Our family has a tradition of celebrating daily Tea Time.

Every afternoon is a chance to pause, pour a cup of tea or coffee, and share in the daily bake.

Tea time has changed for our family over the years. From when our three daughters were small, to being empty nesters, to having grandchildren now.

My husband, being German, Kaffee and Kugen was his tradition.

Tea Time, however, could be anything! Cookies, the traditional German Kraft Brot (open face egg, salami sandwich) or even tacos! 

It may not look exactly like Buckingham Palace with the Queen, but it’s the way our family chooses to slow down and connect. 

So pull up a chair, pour something warm, and let’s share a bite.
